We have a full range of precision friction presses from 1600T to 4000T. This is not to show off our scale, but to apply the most precise and stable forming pressure to axle accessories with different models and performance requirements.
This means that the internal compactness and consistency of mechanical properties of each product are ensured from the source, providing you with quality assurance at the level of main engine manufacturers.
Foundry
We have simultaneously deployed two advanced casting processes: static pressure casting and sand-lined metal mold casting. This is not a simple addition of production capacity, but to accurately match the optimal production method based on the different structural characteristics and performance requirements of products, ensuring that each product is fully utilized with outstanding performance from the source.
CNC Lathe
Our horizontal machining centers (HMCs) boast high-precision machining capabilities:The repeat positioning accuracy is ≤0.005mm, and the positioning accuracy is ≤0.008mm, reaching the industry-leading level.

QC(Quality Control)
Our machining quality control standards strictly comply with industry specifications and national standards. We have established a full-process quality management system covering from raw materials to finished products. The standards include five core links: raw material inspection, equipment and tooling preparation, process document review, machining process, and finished product inspection, ensuring that each machined part meets design requirements and customer expectations.
